Mizz Huang’s Cupcakes!

Hellooooo. I’m back with cupcakes this time.

I’m doing a cupcake order this time and these are just samples that I’m going to show to my teacher who ordered 300 cupcakes for her wedding!!! Cool or what?! I tried to come up with as many ideas as possible but my mom and dad were constantly reminding me to keep it sweet and simple. ~.~ So… I ended up with this. I’m suppose to do 100 plain cupcakes, 100 chocolate mint cupcakes and 100 chocolate cupcakes but these were samples so I made all of them chocolate and frosted with cream cheese frosting. I’m thinking of chocolate frosting for the actual cupcakes! Coffee butter cream? Butter cream? I don’t know! I love my sliver cupcake cases. I think I can do a better job once I get the gum paste online. I’m doing Pink, Purple and Red roses. I hope they get approved! (Crosses fingers)
